AUSGANGSLAGE<\/h3>\n

Die Sanierung eines Einkaufszentrum bei laufendem Betrieb \u2013 eigentlich unm\u00f6glich. Das Centro Oberhausen und die darin enthaltene Coca Cola Oase wurde vor mehr als 20 Jahren gebaut und er\u00f6ffnet. Seit dem gab es zwar kleinere Sch\u00f6nheitskorrekturen und Reparaturarbeiten, aber im wesentlichen war immer noch der Anfangsbestand an Baumaterialien vorhanden. Nach einem Betreiberwechsel im Jahr 2017 standen zahlreiche neue Modernisierungsmassnahmen an. Zum Jahreswechsel 2018\/2019 war nun auch eine gro\u00dfangelegte Sanierung des Gastronomiebereiches, der Coca Cola Oase, geplant. 1.100 Sitzpl\u00e4tze umfasste das Angebot der Oase bisher, um 350 Pl\u00e4tze sollte dieses Angebot mit der Modernisierung erweitert werden. L\u00d6SUNG<\/h3>\n

Um den laufenden Betrieb nicht zu sehr zu st\u00f6ren musste auf die \u00d6ffnungszeiten, 10-21 Uhr, R\u00fccksicht genommen werden. Aus diesem Grund wurden die meisten l\u00e4rm- und staubintensiven Arbeiten in Nachtschichten, oder sogar am Wochenende erledigt.<\/p>\n

Gearbeitet wurde hier zuerst von innen nach aussen. Nachdem das Zentrum der neuen Fl\u00e4che entstanden war, konnten wir den Aussenbereich, direkt an den Gastronomiebetrieben, fliesen. Hier musste im ersten Schritt jeweils die H\u00e4lfte der Fronten bearbeitet und die zweite H\u00e4lfte zug\u00e4nglich sein. Nachdem auch die zweite H\u00e4lfte gefliest war, konnten wir uns mit diesem Verfahren einmal durch das ganze Rund arbeiten. Auf diese Weise konnten wir die Beeinflussung des t\u00e4glichen Besucherstroms auf ein Minimum reduzieren.<\/p>\n
