AUSGANGSLAGE<\/h3>\n

Die Eigent\u00fcmer eines Mehrparteienhauses beauftragten uns, die Sanierung des Erdgeschosses zu planen und durchzuf\u00fchren. Der vorhandene Betonwerksteinboden passte nicht mehr in das ansonsten bereits modernisierte Objekt. L\u00d6SUNG<\/h3>\n

Hier galt es zun\u00e4chst, ein Problem zu l\u00f6sen: Den vorhandenen Betonwerksteinbelag stuften unsere Bauleiterals kritischen Untergrund ein. So etwas betrifft h\u00e4ufig geflieste Untergr\u00fcnde sowie Holzuntergr\u00fcnde.<\/p>\n

Zun\u00e4chst wurde der Untergrund gereinigt und ein geeigneter Schnellhaftgrund aufgetragen. Zudem ist er einfacher zu pflegen, da sich durch weniger Fugen gleichzeitig weniger Schmutz ansammeln kann.<\/p>\n

Die Fliesen verlegten unsere Mitarbeiter mit einem Schnellflexm\u00f6rtel, damit die Mieter den Fliesenbelag\u00a0 alsbald wieder betreten konnten und es so zu keinen Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen kam.<\/p>\n

Vor der Haust\u00fcre integrierten wir eine praktische Emco-Sauberlaufmatte in den Fliesenbelag.
